1) Yogurt with orange

Preparation:
Mix the yogurt, honey, and orange zest in a bowl. Then heat the orange juice with the sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the pre-soaked gelatin sheets and stir until fully dissolved.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then gently fold it into the yogurt mixture.

Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 12 hours, or until fully set.

Serve in individual glasses and garnish with chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 orange
  • 120 grams of sugar (about ½ cup)
  • 7 sheets of gelatin
  • Mixed nuts (for garnish)

2) Orange Mousse

Preparation:
Squeeze the oranges and mix the juice with the cornstarch, sugar, and orange zest.

In a separate bowl, dilute the egg yolks with the water and add them to the juice mixture.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and add the butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
In the meantime, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the egg whites into the orange mixture using slow, smooth movements to keep the mousse airy.

Pour the mixture into individual glasses or cups and refrigerate for a few hours.

Just before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings if desired.

Ingredients:
  • 5 oranges (juice only)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
